Celtic fans have taken to Twitter to slam midfielder Stuart Armstrong for his poor performance as the Hoops scraped a 1-0 win over Ross County.
Brendan Rodgers‘ side have Leigh Griffiths to thank for the three points as the Scottish champions came in from the bench to curl a magnificent free-kick into the top corner with 12 minutes remaining.
Celtic extend the win at Victoria Park out to six points ahead of second-placed Aberdeen ahead of their clash with Motherwell.
The win also extends the Hoops’ unbeaten domestic run to a massive 64 games.
However, Celtic fans have been quick to slam their midfielder Stuart Armstrong after he put in a lacklustre performance in the centre of the park.
Armstrong has not found his best form yet this season, and was wasteful in possession and poor with his passing.
He transformed into a key player for Rodger’s side last season, but has struggled to make such an impact this time around.
The Scotland international played the full 90 minutes against Ross Country but his performance left much to talk about, and Celtic fans were quick to remind him of his performance on Twitter.
Football Weeks have rounded up some of the best tweets:
Right surely I'm no the only celtic fan that can see that Stuart Armstrong can't hit a corner, it's getting beyond a joke now.
