With Real Madrid’s interest in David de Gea, Manchester United might need to look up to Sunderland’s goalie, Jordan Pickford as possible alternative on the Spaniard.

Manchester United’s Jose Mourinho has been a busy manager even before the transfer window gets open. The Portuguese boss is determined to improve the squad the next year and is planning to sign some huge talent irrespective of their qualification for Europe. His side are currently points off Manchester City, who are at 4th place. However, the Red Devils have a game in hand and they also have to lace their cross-town rivals, thus making their chances of qualifying within reach. Manchester United remain unbeaten in their last 22 league games and should make it to the UCL next season. So, there should be new faces at Old Trafford next season.

The manager wants to improve a number of areas in the squad and will not be afraid to spend big. Among the many players linked with a move to the club, here is the dream lineup that Mourinho can field in the first game next season:

Manchester United will surely need to qualify for the Champions League to stand a chance of signing the stars herein. United might also find it hard to convince some player to Old Trafford so here is a likely line up with those we believe could end up in Red and Black shirt next season.

With Real Madrid showing strong interest in David De Gea, Manchester United have started looking elsewhere for alternative and have been linked with a move for Atletico Madrid’s No. 1 Jan Oblak. However, Sunderland’s Jordan Pickford could the man to be between the sticks for United next season.

Full backs – Antonio Valencia, Luke Shaw:

As bad as it might for the Red Devils, Jose Mourinho has trusted Antonio Valencia and might give him another year before spending in that role, while Luke Shaw, though constantly criticized, has been in the team for the last few matches and has enough potential to come good. If he has a couple of decent games, he could find himself in the team next season as well.

Defense – Eric Bailly; Michael Keane:
