As far as the team news is concerned, Liverpool have confirmed that star playmaker Sadio Mane will return from international duty tonight. Tomorrow morning, the former Southampton star will be checked to determine whether he can feature against the Blues.

Liverpool ended the year 2016 brilliantly by thrashing league rivals Manchester City. However, the Reds have not really been impressive since the turn of the year.

Jurgen Klopp’s side will however, be hoping to end the month of January on a positive result by beating league leaders Chelsea at the Anfield tomorrow. Not to forget, the Reds have lost their last three games at home.

Even if Mane is completely fit, it will not come as any surprise if he starts on the bench. Still, for Klopp to play his strongest possible lineup tomorrow night, Sadio has got to be in the starting XI.

November 6, 2016 vs Watford was the last game in which Mane, Coutinho, Firmino and Lallana started the match for the Reds. Liverpool can have a strong chance of winning if the quartet start against Chelsea.
