Chelsea manager Antonio Conte already has his anointed eleven since switching to the 3-4-3 formation that has brought them much success in the Premier League this season, winning 15 put if 16 games. The formation has seen many players relegated to the bench and reduced to playing little role in the club’s push for title triumph.
Spain international Cesc Fabregas, earlier this week, was forced to voice out his frustration due to lack of playing time. The former Arsenal skipper had only started a fee games under Conte which had always come as a result of injury to preferred Nemanja Matic.

And now reports have it that four of Chelsea players are ready to leave the club in search of regular first team action.
The Telegraph reported that Asmir Begovic, Michy Batshuayi, Ruben Loftus-cheek and Charley Musonda all want out of the club and could leave during thus January transfer window.
Begovic may not be permitted to leave the club until a replacement is found for him despite Bournemouth’s interest in signing him.
Batshuayi is yet to start a league for Chelsea since his £33 million summer move to the club and his been limited to the EFL but Chelsea may only allow him to leave on loan and if a replacement will move in the opposite direction with Swansea forward Fernando Llorente being targeted.
